We offer virtually all our prices in UK Sterling GBP and also Euro for your convenience - in addition we also offer our Customers the facility to pay in either currency. Please do have a look and see which currency would suit you better - if you are shopping in Euro from the ROI then the Euro price displayed will be the price you pay - delivery is included across the ROI and as we use a Euro credit card clearing process there are no exchange charges - the price you see is the price you will pay.

SEARCH:
There are 2 main search options on the site. The search will recognise any text entered so you can enter part of a model number or manufacturer name and it will list everything on the site.

COMPARISON:
If you've managed to reduce your options to a few products, you can add them to a 'Compare' list to see at a glance which of the products is the most suitable for you and which products have which features for what price. Simply check the 'compare' box beside any given product in any given category and hit the 'compare selected items' link at the top of the list. You can use the 'clear compare list' link.

ADDING A PRODUCT TO YOUR BASKET
 
Once you've decided on the product you want to find out more about in the listing, click the product and you will go to a page that shows an image and information together with specifications. The site will then go on to recommend you any necessary cables or interconnects and "no-brainer" extended warranties you may require.

The total amount [both monetary value and number of items] in your basket is summarised in the top right corner of the site. Within the basket page, you can change quantities, delete items or if you are happy with everything you can proceed to the checkout to buy the contents of your basket.

CHECKING OUT

When you have finished shopping, and are ready to pay, simply hit the ‘Checkout’ button, or the link at the top right of your screen, which summarises the amount of items/value of your shopping basket, and the checkout screen will open in the main window. Please enter all details carefully and accurately, as incorrect information could delay your order.

We Accept : VISA, MASTERCARD, VISA DEBIT, SWITCH/MAESTRO BACS, CASH (in-store), CHEQUE (in-store) - Please note that if you are paying in-store with a cradit or debit card - we only accept cards that have a Chip and pin facility.

If this is your first order with us, please ensure that the only address you enter is the credit card billing address, as this is the only address to which we can deliver. If you have previously placed an order on our website, you will be offered an alternative delivery address. Also ensure you only click the submit order button once, as it will take a minute or so to process.

You will receive an on screen confirmation once your credit card has been authorised. You will also receive acknowledgement by email of what you ordered, and the address the goods are to be delivered to. In both cases you will also be provided with an order number. Please quote this number with any enquiries.
