We have a number of ways for customers to contact us.
(1) The good old phone - Unlike lots of e-tailers, we actually have humans on the end of phones who can answer queries or help you make a decision or can help with a technical enquiry should one arise. They can also help with sales and stock enquiries too. (we try to employ multi-talented individuals !) Of course sometimes the phones are busy, so please do leave a message and we will get back to you asap - if its urgent please make sure to leave a message AND drop us an email - belt and braces! that was everyone in Customer services and management will see your message and leave us with no excuse for not getting back to you asap :) ( Mail: sales@richersounds.ie)

(2) Email - No forms to fill out or hoops to jump through, just email us to sales@richersounds.ie if you have any query other than a service/repair enquiry.

(4) In the event you have a complaint or an issue that cannot be resolved at store level - please feel free to email our Managing Director, John McDonald at johnmc@richersounds.ie and he will do his best to resolve any issue to your satisfaction.
