Even though our national network of fun stores aims to give you great service, expert advice, product demonstrations and immediate availability we still don’t want to be beaten by internet retailers who simply put boxes in the post! Although we consistently offer the absolute lowest hi-fi and TV prices on the high street we do acknowledge that we are occasionally undercut by e-tailers offering a bare-bones service and in many cases questionable back-up when things go wrong. • We will happily price beat against other web retailers (must include next day P&P when products can't be collected) as long as we can verify stocks.

• Price beat on TVs applies only when the price of a 5 year warranty is added to both theirs and ours. Note our 5 year warranties are incredible value: a fraction of the prices charged by our competitors, just 10% of the purchase price. For example, a 5 year 'at home' warranty on a Philips 32" LCD TV at £399.95 is just a one off payment of only £39.95.
